I bought this screen protector for my Galaxy S8 after reading the reviews from Amazon and other online articles, and believe me I did my research. The item arrived quickly the first time and the instruction to installed were quite simple. It was good for a few weeks, though I did have issues with screen sensitivity on the top part of the screen (figured it was pretty common in all new protector now) until I dropped my phone and SURPRISE the protector popped off and cracked. I have never had a protector just pop off before, but at least my phone was fine thanks to my case. When I examined the protector I realized that the adhesive is only on the edges of the protector, so in reality it's no wonder it popped off after a high impact (phone fell out of my jacket).I went through the old packaging and remember the card that came with the item about it not cracking, breaking, etc. So I emailed the company who I was a little hesitant at first would even respond, but the next day they did and was going to resend a new one for free. They screenshot an order # for the new replacement they order, but no tracking #. So far they have been very responsive in email communication.Currently, it has been over a week and half and I'm still waiting on the replacement to arrive.Right now, OTAO is getting 4 stars just for the first initial product ordered and for the customer service thereafter, but I will bump to 5 stars if the replacement item actually arrives. Overall, the product itself is good for what you pay for and does what it says. Plus, you can't really beat their customers service and warranty for the price.***UPDATED***Replacement screen protector came in about 2 weeks after I emailed the company free of charge. Fair earning, this is prob my first review so likely longer than most due to being new.So far, this is a great product. I had to switch carriers and was able to get an awesome S8 in the switch. I bought this protector because the one the guy at the store picked popped off with case and ended up shattered when phone fell from my pocket onto carpet while i was seated in my car. This is a great choice so far. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I haven't dropped my phone - thank God lol - but feel 5 should be reserved for saving a shatter situation.Pros:-it came with a fit guiding tray. Love That! How many of us swear as we realize it's off to the left a little and we can't do anything at this point to fix it?-fast and easy. I'm a huge fan of ease since I tend to be a klutz, hence the need for this product in first place.-it fits wonderfully with the case making me feel my phone is wonderfully protected. I realized yesterday after reading the new iPhone is going to be over $1000 That we as consumers are spending all this money on phones, trading them in every few years to spend more... it's almost the same as many of us pay for first cars! Lol. I want my phone safe.-absolutely no issues w touch. The one I got w phone had major issues w this, making a and p hard to type, and pull down almost impossible. My husband is experiencing similar issues w his LifeProof because of how screen fits. It isn't something you'd consider a huge fail until you are dealing w it.Cons:The only con I see at the moment is also part of one of my pros and comes from my fears and paranoia: because the glass doesn't cover the "edge" part of phone. It is perfect because cases fit well and I'm going to chose to believe the case will protect where glass doesn't cover, but again I'm a klutz so I'm just a tiny bit concerned. But the glass and case together seems to be a perfect fit and I'm finally feeling I'm able to safely put the phone in my jeans pocket.Also it is a lot thinner than the one chosen by my provider when I got the phone. Before this phone I'd go very cheap, getting whatever was offered at Five Below so I'm unsure if the thickness matters at all so I'm honestly unsure if it's a con or not but thought I'd mention it in case.Overall I'd totally refer friends to buy this product.

I bought 2 of these for our new S8s based on the reviews of both the product and customer service. The screen protectors arrived well packaged and came with everything as described. The first screen protector went on flawlessly (installation tray is great) and I have no issues with the screen protector alignment or touch screen sensitivity. I have it on a phone with with the Otterbox Commuter Series case and there was no issue with the screen protector coming in contact with the case or popping off. The second screen protector went on flawlessly just like the first, however, there was significant loss of sensitivity in the center of the screen when we tested the phone. I don't think I did anything differently in the installation process so I was a little disappointed. This one was installed on a S8 in an Otterbox Defender Series case and had no issues with screen protector coming in contact with the case or popping off. I wanted to note, when I removed the screen protector from the phone it didn't take much force to pull off so make sure you press firmly along the edge.The next part of the review is about customer service. Inside the box there is also a business card that basically says "we want you to be happy and if anything happens during the installation write support and we will send you a new screen protector". So that night I took a video of what was happening with the screen, sent them a link to the video and the next morning I have an email that says, we'll take care of it. I was met with extremely responsive and friendly customer service that provided me with a code to order a new one from Amazon for free and I'll have in the mail in a couple of days. As you have probably researched, the curved glass on the S8 makes installation of tempered glass protector difficult (not many of these from different vendors are getting fantastic reviews). I can say, the Otao is definitely worthy of consideration because the one that is working works great and you are buying from a company that stands behind their product.I will be happy to update this after i get the new protector installed. If it works I'll bump it to five stars, if it doesn't i'm leaving it as 4 stars just because of the experience I had with customer service. The screen protector went on easily and there are no more issues with the touch sensitivity in the center of the screen. Once again a great product and great customer service.
