Useful Only for sport / jogging shoes . I have replaced on my two jogging shoe . No need to loose lace first and then tighten or tighten and loose . Using last two days feeling comfortable. Expencive and quantity is oddly packaged. 14 pcs? At least they should be 8 pair or 16 pcs. And there should be sizes in box with difference in lengths of these lace or bands
