EasyFoto Flash Diffuser Cap Box for Nikon Speedlite SB-N5

One of the problems with the SB-N5 is that the output is too weak for bouncing the flash. However direct flash produces harsh skin tones & red eyes. This diffuser solves the problem to some extent. Would be great if the manufacturer also made a larger sized diffuser to enlarge the light source.

What's to say about a flash diffuser? It fits perfectly and does what a flash diffuser does. When using the flash straight-on, it softens the light so you don't get the stark shadows you can get in a raw flash, especially close-up. Even bounce flash benefits from a diffuser.

After about 15 minutes of experimenting with it, I found this flash to be very good. Don't try to use it if you are super far away but rather for portraits that are less than 15 feet. I like the bounce feature very much - I used a business card as a reflector secured with a rubber band around the flash head. This makes a nice addition to my kit.

fits perfectly. diffuses like a diffuser should. Nikon should have included one in the box but oh well...

Great product and works great

The diffuser cap fits snug and properly on my flash. I ran some tests with and without the diffuser and the diffuser definitely gave the flash pictures a softer lighting. Great item for very little money!

This item is useless, so I returned it. It is a diffuser that does not diffuse. I ran tests with the diffuser off and on, and you couldn't tell the difference. I only gave it 1 star because it fit.
