Good option for loose shoe.
Product is as described in the diagram and it has lining to cut it as per your shoe size. It just adds extra cushioning but not great at supporting arch for flat foot. It makes your regular shoe tight and sometimes uncomfortable to wear.Certainly not an ortho product to cushion heel/metatarsal region
