I hate real candles and wax, the stench drives me crazy. But I like the nice mood that flickering light creates. These are great compromise. I put then in some lanterns in place of tea lights and they look really nice. The color is a nice warm orangey flame color. The battery life is good, I've used them for the equivilent of a few days and haven't had to change the batteries yet. It does seem like the brightness of the flame is affected by the battery life, so if they don't all look the same brightness, that may be why. But it's hardly noticeable.The seller I bought from should have packaged these better, they need to be in a box, not an envelope. Mine had been smashed and one of the lights had come apart, but I was able to put it back together and it worked fine.

I have a few tealight candle holders after reading the reviews I really thought it would be a break not having to change the 3-4 hour candles out and having something that would last for awhile while looking pretty close to a natural candle, but these just are not bright enough, and you can easily see that they're plastic tealights. So for my purposes they're not a very good option and I went to long burning tealight candles.They might be a great option in some cases, but if any part of the candle is going to be exposed you might want to think twice before buying these, btw they're not as bright as a real candle.

Doesn't give off much light at all. Easy on/off switch, comes well packaged.

These are perfect for Halloween pumpkins! The glow and flickering light is exactly what I was looking for.

These candles are necessary because no burning candles are allowed in the office. They are attractive and clients comment on them when they enter the office and see them flickering away.
