Great Outline for Starting
This book offers a nice overview of the keto plans and gives a variety of menu choices. I would recommend having a little background in the kitchen if you are going to pick this up. Some of the recipes are missing amounts or measurements and some steps are skipped. It is easy enough to assume the missing material if you have a general knowledge base in the kitchen.

Not a good recipe or beginner Keto book
I was so excited to receive this book after reading the reviews, which are obviously fake reviews. This is not a book, it is more like a pamphlet and not worth $20. First off I would have to restock my entire pantry with very strange condiments/spices that I would normally never use. The 21-day plan is just using the recipes from the book. These are recipes for very different off-the-wall foods. The book does not go into any detail to tell you what you will need to eat on the keto diet. The portions of fat to protein to carbs. Also many of the recipes do not include the amount needed. For instance it will just say oz of an item. Yet, not numerical value is listed, so you have absolutely no idea how much of the ingredient to use. A lot of the ingredients I had never heard of before. Just a total disappointment. Book is being sent back. I am disappointed at the reviews, because they are obviously not real. They can't be.

Straight to the trash.
20 minutes of looking through this book led me to these conclusions:1. Seemingly written by a 6th grader.2. Has about six pages of poorly written information on ketogenic diets, with none of it educational. You'll find better information on charliefoundation.org or even Wikipedia.3. Has false information beginning on page 1 of chapter 1. Specifically, the author talks about Dr. Russel Wilder, one of the founders of ketogenic diets, and states, "As if 2016, (sic) Wilder is still functioning successfully without the seizure episodes." Wilder died in 1959 at the age of 74.4. The recipes are incomplete, missing ingredients, inconsistently presented with regards to measurement abbreviations, and in need of professional editing, which was clearly not utilized anywhere in this book.5. This book is worthy of the trash can, so that's where it went.

Wasn’t that helpful for me but has all the basic information you need . No color photos inside ...... just black and white.

Cover recipe missing
Very disappointed to find the recipe in front cover was not inside the book

Not worth the money
Frankly you can find these recipes free online just by searching keto. Several recipes in the book that I wanted to try lack quantities of key ingredients. Really??? Not helpful. There are typos galore throughout and overall content is very disappointing. Search keto dieting online, do your homework and you can decide your own macro formula and calorie intake goals. Then download a carb counter and food journal and you will be good to go. It's not rocket science and if you can cook and read labels you don't need this book.

Book Has INCOMPLETE Recipe Information
Can't make a recipe if number of ozs, number of tsp., tbsp or number of eggs or number of cups is written down as part of the recipe. Very poorly done but can't reach the author in any way. Recipes look interesting but useless because lacking pertinent information. I am not a seasoned cook, so I can't make it up.........therefore the purpose for cookbooks.

All the pictures are in Black and White
I wanted a recipe book with pictures of what the food should look like. This is all black and white photos.Very disappointed. Feel like I bought a knock off or something.
