Helps a little bit
This product is okay for the most part. I found the mouthpiece to be slightly weird to sleep with, you also have to make sure that you wash it properly after wearing. The picture shows that the nose piece has a box to put it in so it stays clean, but there was no box included. I already had the chin strap from another company and so I tried this one as well to compare. I don't like it as much because I woke up in the middle of the night and tried to put it on, but I couldn't figure it out. I snore so loud, I wake myself up. I guess that if I had more practice and I wasn't half asleep I would get used to putting it on.
