Best 3 Pack Replacement Corkscrew Spiral/Worm for KAYCROWN and BestUtensils Wine Opener

Fits both my Rabbit and L'Atelier corkscrews. Has the very important element that others have mentioned - a flat top that allows it to spin as it penetrates the cork. Flows smoothly down thropugh the cork. Relatively inexpensive, making it cheaper to replace more often as the worms wear down, especially with non-cork corks.

I was apprehensive ordering these for my 20 year old screw pull lever model patented (pat pend) corkscrew No model number is printed on the corkscrew unit. This replacement screw set works perfectly.

Good, inexpensive replacement. A little long for my opener which makes pulling cork out of bottle a little harder, but not a problem. There appears to be two different lengths of these.

My Sharper Image cork puller was in need of of a new corkscrew spiral. Didn't know where to find one so it sat unused in the cupboard for several months. It is back in use now thanks to this replacement product. It was simple to install and works well. It's reassuring to know I now have a couple of spare spirals on hand and that more are quickly available through Amazon!

The Screwpull lever model screw is $42 for one corkscrew. These folks had a similar model, five for $15 . I did not see Screwpull on the list of uses, but they looked the same; So for the price i got a 5-pack, thinking if they work great, worth the risk. The disk at the top is a couple mm smaller than the original. I tried it just now on a Wente Chardonnay. Their fake cork is one of those so hard almost nothing will penetrate, even an "ah so". this one fits the Screwpull, and pentrated the "cork" much better than the worn out original. The extraction also works the same. Only question now is how long it will last, but at this price I am not concerned. PS., a long time wine drinker, I have used almost every modern cork tool there is, and I am satisfied. PS - should have added my version is a Le Creuset about 5 years old.

The coating seems to last. One of the two originals that came with our OXO got bent, because if you're not diligent before using, and the screw-down clamp that holds this in place is lose, then the OXO's lever crams down the screw off center-line with great mechanical force (technically, catawampus!), which bends the screw.

These refills work fine, they aren't staying as sharp as the original and are a little longer so I have to pull the last part of the cork out.
