These are delish.I will have one when I feel stuffy or a tickle in my throat…for the extra vitamin c!They also ward off anxiety…the sour does it.Help when you feel anxiety or a panic attack coming on…pop one of these, sip water…cold washcloth on the forehead & a warm blanket…& you’ll be ok soon.Hope this helps someone!
