Very mixed feelings about this stuff seems pure but why would they have you scoop it with metal if it’s pure? Cause metal will make pure shilajit oxidate & they provide you with a spoon. This is my first time trying Shilajit. People have recommended it for years, but I'd never tried till now. The product is well packaged. The resin comes in a small glass jar with a small stainless steel measuring thing. It's not a spoon but does have graduation marks that allows you to better guess the size since it's a sticky resin. The handle is also slightly curved if you want to let it hang on a mug. The heat will make the resin slide off but you should still stir it. In coffee, the flavor is OK. I tried it plain and it did not taste well.Since this is a new product for me I was curious if being "sun-dried" made a difference. According to Google Gemini, that is the preferred and traditional method. I also inquired about the analysis report and again Gemini told me the items under metal contaminants were well within range. It also indicated these metals are common in Shilajit. The only thing on the report that was interesting is that the testing lab didn't do the sampling. My guess is they rely on the company to give the samples rather than going to Ladakh.
