Deceiving Description 😒
For anyone who's like me trying to read between the lines of every description of this HairDryer. It DOES NOT ROTATE. The brush is stationery. I recently got all my hair cut off to a = A-line bob. So I was looking for a dryer that the brush would spin left or right w a hit of a button. For volume. This and all the ones that have different names ,but r the same style brush. DO NOT Rotate. They have different brands but the brush looks r identical. I've found 3 so far babyliss, conair infinity pro and remington r the ones u can push a button and the brush rotates. These manufacturers descriptions of hot air brushes r very deceiving. I thought I would write a review because that's what I go by a lot of the times. This is a hot air brush = does not rotate. Worked great but...
I had this product for just over a month, and at first it worked great! My hair is long, curly and thick and normally took me about an hour to blow dry my hair straight. With this, it was less than 30 minutes! But......the last time I went to use it, after my hair was cut shorter, it burnt out. Now, I know my hair is thick, but man..a month and it's done. I can only get it work on the cool setting, which does nothing really and takes longer. So, I was impressed for a minute and now I'm sad that I have it no more. That's money that did not go that far. :(

Not Dual Voltage!!!
The description is inaccurate! This is NOT dual voltage! The box also says 220v but the actual dryer says 110v. After emailing the seller I was told it is only usable in the US and I will have to pay return shipping which is higher than the cost of the actual purchase!!! Ridiculous!!! Do not buy unless you are certain you want this!!

LOVE IT!!
Cuts my drying time in half, and my hair dresser has noticed that my hair is healthier for using it! My mom, aunt, cousin and sister have all bought one too, and they love it!

Revelon blow dry brush, bristles come out easily
Love the ease of use and range of heat settings. Only issue I have come across is getting the hair removed from it, some of the small bristles are falling out.

Heat settings are messed up otherwise good product
Great product, dries hair very quickly right to the root but the heating settings are off and it doesn't have a cool setting as the product description said. How can I contact the manufacturer?
