I was hesitant about this product on first opening the partially crushed box (inside the fully intact Amazon box.) It's all plastic and that's another reason for slight concern. The fan set up quickly in my car, and it works well. I have 3 complaints: 1) I wish the switch to turn it on and set it hi/low was closer to the actual fan unit so my daughter could control it herself while sitting in her car seat. 2) The other issue is that since it's all plastic I'm afraid it will not last too long. The clips that mount onto the headrest posts are just plastic, and I'm concerned that as I tighten it, it will eventually crack. Then the unit will be useless. 3) Related to #2, the whole unit is mounted on to a ball joint/socket and continues to sag down. I'm continuously having to adjust it up and tighten the joint. I'm concerned that this ball joint will eventually fail. I've had this in the car for about a week now, and it greatly helps in the Arizona heat. I would recommend it because of the inexpensive price, but keep in mind that all the plastic may eventually break.

This fan is wonderful! My daughter gets car sick all the time, but the fans have made a huge difference! We just took a 2 hour car ride in 100 degree weather and these fans prevented her from feeling sick! The only reason I am leaving 4 stars rather than 5 is because the fans seem to fall off of the holder quite a bit. Thankfully, my daughter can reach them and stick them back on herself, but if these were purchased for a younger child this might be a problem.

I would have given it a 5 star, but once installed and secured like it says the fans it self hang lower than they should. Fans are a tad heavy that probably why it hangs lower so even if you put fan right in the middle or point up it hangs, but.. but it still does what it should and my kids aren't as hot in the back anymore. Fan speed is pretty strong and need to order another for my mom's van. Thanks.

First, I'd like to say... I bought this for my dogs because it's extremely hot in the summer and we tend to travel in the summer. My very furry husky mix dog loved it! This dog decided to plant itself in front of the fan....They really stayed cooler in addition to my regular car AC running, which is powerful. This dog did not want to share the fan space with other dogs.Easy to put on and take off. Easy to adjust rotation, and easy to turn on and off.Decided to leave it in my vehicle and it was recently human tested too. The person in the back seat said it definitely help with circulating the cool AC Air and because it was adjustable in up/down rotation they were able to place it however they wanted, which was also a plus. The two speeds help with circulating more air at a faster speed or lower speed. This was in 100+ F weather testing. I will definitely buy again or as a gift for my parents who also have very furry dogs too. Happy customer.

A very good product so helpful to add air circulation to back riders in our car especially with summer almost at its peak. Hopefully wont break anytime soon.Update: after replacing the fan which suddenly stopped working. The replacement’s other head just broke off from the body with just no apparent reason, just fell off. I think if they will resume selling this, they need a better quality of plastic being use, otherwise, it will just suffer from the same problem. Anyway I thank you for your customer based support.

Delivery was on time and the fan worked as advertised. The only downfall is that it is not childproof. My 3 yr old great,great nephew was able to easily rotate one of the fans past the lame rotation stops and twirl it until the wires broke. I was able to fix it myself so there was no need to contact anyone.

This little gadget was a lifesaver when my car AC wasn't working for a while. It wasn't AC but just having air blow was better than nothing! I use this now even though my car AC works just fine. It's nice to have extra air blowing if it's especially hot, which it IS these days. It's a little awkward trying to find a place for this when you have drinks in your cup holder, but you just put it on the passenger seat, in between the seats, or ask your passenger to hold it (haha). One could even put it in the back seat when riding around with the dogs or kids so they get better airflow. It comes with adhesive pieces (so you can stick it to your dashboard?) but I'd rather have it movable.

My son sits in a rear facing car seat and will do so for as long as possible. The air vents in my vehicle do not face the correct direction for a rear facing car seat. So I bought this fan and am glad I did!! My son sits In the back seat, on the passengers side (rear facing) and has a car seat mirror attached to the top of that seat, so I installed this fan on the head rest of the backseat that is on the drivers side, pointing forward. I hope that makes sense. This fan easily points the direction of my son and is really great for our hot Louisiana weather. The power cord is really long and has 3 settings, (low, high, off). it was super easy to install.

Great fans.......installed on the dash of a jeep. They help keep the bugs away and the occupants cool when riding trails.
