Good lights, bad connectors.
Bought this product because I was looking for an easy and inexpensive way to add light to a prop. The lights work great and there are many different lightshow options to choose from. However, to connect the battery pack to the actual LED strip there is a smal connector. This connector is very loose and the battery and LED ends were always seperating. I had to tape them together but am not sure how long that will work.

Very convenient
Been looking for this a long time. Great for a small spot where you want Led color, but don't need a full strip or have a plugin. Glad I tried them

Light not very bright
The lights were very easy to put on and the glue sticks really good but not as bright as I thought it would be. The pictures have the brightness setting all the way up, one picture is with room light on and the other has the room light off. I used them for my daughters DIY vanity. It looks cool but not the effect i was going for.

Lights great, adhesive not
These lights are nice but I can't get them to stay put n a smooth surface; Adhesive keeps unsticking and lights keep on falling.

Lights turned on automatically / remote stopped working in less than a week
After 2 days, the lights randomly turned on without using the remote. We removed the battery from the remote to see if that would work but they still turned on automatically . Once we put the battery back in the remote to turn the lights on, we were able to turn the lights on once, but now it no longer controls the lights at all. We have to manually shut the lights off at the battery pack. The sensor on the remote still lights up red when a button is pushed, but the light strip doesn't respond.On a good note, the lights are bright enough for what we need and worked great for the first 2 days.

2 days and one set went bad. They drain batteries like a spot light.
They are easy to modify and they come with plenty of length for the bucks, but that's it.I bought 3 sets of these sets. I needed them to light up a small space inside large vinyl cutters. They were installed in a perfect environment. Temp and humidity controlled room, no dust, etc. Loved them directly after install...for about a day. 2 days after installation one set would only do demo mode. So it looked like a dance party inside my equipment. Replaced the battery compartment with one from another set. The dance party went away. The brightness was decent and I was a little happy for about 3 hours. After that the lights lost 75% of their brightness. I swapped out the batteries and they went back to bright. 4 hours later, dim again.They suck battery power like a spot light and they break within a week. So, stay away. I will try and return but we'll see if Amazon helps me out.

I got this light for my husband's shadow box and it fit perfectly. We hid the battery pack in a place where it can't be seen but can be accessed easily to put in new batteries when needed, and was able to cut it to the perfect size we needed. This product is amazing.
