I wasn't sure how well this would work when I opened up the box because it felt cheap. The devise is very light. The instructions say to charge at least 6 hours before first use. I think they mean before every use. There was a big difference in the suction power from when it had been charging for 2 hours versus over night. The suction is VERY strong.I don't feel like the instructions were detailed enough. Do I use each tip provided (4) every time I use this or just use the ones I think I might need? There is no phone number to call. Reading the instructions is pretty funny as they were not translated properly but you can understand what point they are trying to make. I'm going to keep using this 2 times a week and if I see good results I'll change the review to 4 star. I might just save my money and buy a higher priced one that has customer service. Or, even better, a instructional video.My skin was much softer the next day. The very first time I used it I did get bruising on my chin. I'm sure this will take a handful of times using before getting used to it.

I was so excited to get this and than after trying i was super dissapointed. This blackead remover does not do what i was hoping for and from what i have seen. I wouldnt recommend. If anything it just bruised up my face and didn't pull anything out.

I would give this item a thumbs up. I have neck wrinkles and this really softened them even after one use, It has four different suction levels. It is a win for the price.

I only gave it 4 stars because I got it for my gf and it sucked her eye too hard lmaooo.. I cannot make this up. Sure, it waqs her fault for not reading but I had to hear about it so...4 stars lol

only lights up when charging but when i turn it on it doesn’t do anything
