Needs to come in a box
Received this item in a bag. It was crushed. However I was able to iron the brim back to shape and steam the hat back to the shape on the photo. I like the hat but the arrival condition rates only 3 stars.

Very good quality and fit! This hat looks great to wear for most occasions.

It's a nice enough hat. It's much larger than other hats I have of the same size. Mine has a couple missed stitches in the top which results in a small hole and misshapen hat.

Not good quality in size Medium
The brim did not keep its shape. The first hat ordered in Large was a better hat just too big. We thought the medium would be the same exact hat but it was delivered with no shape at all. Not satisfied but will keep until I can get to the store to replace.

Is just a beautiful hat, light and easy to pack
Is just a beautiful hat, light and easy to pack, I wear it with almost any casual outfit. Fits perfect and the brim is the right size for cover the sun and still see around.

A bit too floppy in the brim.
The hat is....ok. It doesn't really stay in form and is a bit floppy in the brim. But for the price, what can you expect. I used it as a costume piece, so it worked for that. But don't plan on being dapper for a fancy stroll down the streets of New York.
