Kendan - Black Steel 48 Litre Rubbish Bin Pedal Recycle Dustbin Recycling Garbage Waste Trash Can Kitchen

The Kendan rubbish bin is excellent in both design and functionality. However, there is a handle on the back of the bin that I presumed should be on the front of the bin to ease out the bin to empty it. The bin is about 9 inches underneath a glass shelf, between two cabinets and up against the wall, so trying to remove the bin from its position is difficult, unless I open each lid, and put my hands into the bins and drag is it out that way. I have discovered that the handle on the back is helpful when replacing the bin in its usual position. Basically, there needs another handle on the front for such situations as I am in. Is there any reason why a handle is not on the front of the bin as I'm sure other individuals who have purchased this item may well be having the same problem as me. I've given the bin 5 stars as it most definitely warrants it.

The bin was the perfect design for our kitchen. Unfortunately when it arrived it was dented in one corner. For us it was an expensive buy and we didn't fancy the fuss to repack and return. However we got really good and fast response from Nerd Herd and a negotiated discount. We kept the bin and have been very pleased with it's capacity (just the 2 of us) and looks great.

My husband just wouldn't recycle if it wasn't convenient and easy. This bin gives him no excuse as plastics abd cardboard go in one side and general waste in the other. Fantastic size bins too. Not too big that it starts to smell but big enough not to be emptying too often. We're a family of 2 adults and a toddler and its perfect

I ordered 2 of these bins but both came badly dented so I had to return them.

Item was damaged and I couldn't return item as I needed to print a label to do so and I don't have a a printer. The packaging was not damaged so I presume item was damaged before packaging. This was an expensive purchase for an item that has dents on it.
