As described - Medium back - Delivered as per schedule
Got it for 5500, so acceptable. Assembly doesn't take two long as there is an instruction sheet provided and you've got all the required screws and Allen Key provided as well, you won't need any other tools.One trouble is the joint which holds the back to the base is welded but not flat this makes it fitting the little 10mm screws very difficult. That's the only bit which took time, I had to try other screws at home and then ended up fitting those without the washer so it could hold up. I'll add pics if it helps people.Because of that last part I dont feel so sure while relaxing by back as I am afraid if it breaks, I hope it doesn't.The chair overall does look good, I am unable to check the recline feature as I am not able to figure out how that works but I didn't spend enough time exploring so will post update after figuring out. 4 star. Went for brand name rather than opting better options with unknown brands.

Comfortable and get assembled within two days
I have mid back model. It is comfortable to sit. However my option idoesn't have head rest which would be more better.

Screws keep falling off
Chair is easy to assemble and comfortable. But the screws keep coming off every few days. I lost 2 of them and now cant replace them as they are not available anywhere. So the chair is pretty useless now within 3 months of purchase. If seller can guide me where and how to purchase the screws, my money would not be wasted.
