I am 5'3 and about 105-110 lbs and I got the 12 lb weighted vest which I was worried about because I thought it may be a little too heavy! It fits perfectly and when I walk on a treadmill or if the weather permits and get to walk outside around a gorgeous lake or a park, this best has adjustable straps! This vest even came with an attachment that holds your keys, mini SPF, a cellphone, credit card, Lippie, which I was surprised as it didn't even show that so you don't even need a purse to go with you and that isn't going ANYWHERE! It attaches right with you not weighing you down on any side! I'm sure a water bottle with a handle could fit on any side of the middle as well!I love this and it definitely is easy to clean with just a little sanitizer but you're wearing it over athletic clothes so it builds MORE of a sweat than if you were merely walking and defines the upper body rather than just weighing yourself down with a backpack so to speak as this is durable and well crafted! I highly recommend this product due to it's effectiveness as I have seen results in my upper back which I will show you a pic of my back! It was never like THIS before and I love to make workouts fun and fresh which THIS does just THAT! It first seemed expensive but now, I change my mind and feel it's highly affordable for the quality of equipment you're getting and I can tell I'm getting something that will last a VERY LONG time (over 10+++++ years at the very LEAST unless I bulk up and need a heavier one? One can strive for that! I truly have seen a marked difference in a short time and this makes a small walk feel like a heavy, vigorous workout!) It's also comfortable especially wear it over clothing and adjust the straps to your body size! I was worried due to my large chest but I STILL have room to adjust the straps much more! So pleased with THIS weighted vest for in the gym but especially outdoors! Up to you now you use it and enjoy! I enjoy the black color because it matches with most everything and there's no funny smell which is nice! I feel that one could use a wash cloth and hand wash this delicately when needed to prevent bacteria build-up! I wouldn't recommend just tossing it in a washing machine myself!

So far, I’ve used this weighted vest a handful of times on my outdoor walks, and it definitely takes my workouts up a notch. It fits snugly without feeling restrictive, and it stays securely in place without shifting during movement. I still feel balanced and stable while wearing it. I also love the extra pocket attachment which is a perfect fit for my iPhone.The only downside is that after wearing it for over an hour, I do start to feel a bit of shoulder fatigue. That said, it's a minor issue and doesn’t take away from the overall quality and effectiveness of the vest. I'm happy with the purchase and plan to keep incorporating it into my routine.

Bought this after my co-worker let me wear hers for an hour, she recommended this brand for the price. I also like the variety of weight options. She wears the 12lbs, but I ordered 16lbs after reviewing the size chart. My husband also really likes it, but wants to buy in a heavier weight for himself.I wear it mostly on my walks 0.75-1 mile, a mild walk with the dog feels like a workout now and I can definitely feel it strengthening my upper back to support my posture. I even tried it on the Peloton and my 20 minute workout felt I’d done any hour!I will say it’s like a posture brace, you still have to have good posture when you wear it or you’ll end up sticking your head/neck forward creating more strain. So just pay attention and it will work great!

Super comfortable vest that takes your workout up 10 notches. I love that it’s evenly weighted and doesn’t feel like too much weight leans one way or another. Love it and will continue to purchase products from this line.

I absolutely love the weighted vest. It is exactly what I thought it would be. The weight is evenly distributed from font to back. I also like the pocket that you can attach to the front it can be easily used for your phone or water bottle. I bought the 16# vest and I weigh 140.

Bought this 12 pound weighted vest about a month ago and love it. I try to walk about 4 to 5 times a week. It has definitely added that next level to my walking routine. I have also been wearing while doing my workout routine and that has been also been great. The only thing I haven’t done is run with it.It’s comfortable around my chest and shoulders..this one has the single clip and think that works well for me having a larger chest.

I really wanted to challenge myself and got 12lbs to start. This vest was perfect. It’s not too heavy in any one spot, easy to adjust and even have a phone holder to strap on. When I’m ready to increase my weight I’ll be getting this one again!

Perfect! Stick to the weight ratio with your personal weight. I didn’t think it would matter, but I’m glad I didn’t go higher in weight. Put this on when I work out and break a sweat for sure
