Great product and easy to use.
Great product and easy to use. I have a non-removable (at least not easily) through the wall AC in my kitchen. My unit is 14"H x 20"W. I ordered the small size and it fit perfectly. Very easy to put on and looks good. I experienced no issues with the tape provided leaving any sticky mess when removed. In fact I was able to reuse the foam twice until I ran out of their tape and used another brand that would not come off the foam without tearing it. Am reordering new tape and foam from Jebb. 3 tape rolls and 3 foams for $9.95. Should last me six winters.

This is more or less a kit you get the cover, some sheets of this styrofoam that you could probably get out of some packing and a small roll of tape. The tape is less then ideal for being exposed to metal parts and cold weather if you are unable to wrap the unit cord around it and or if the unit is sitting very close to bottom of window sill you may have to cut the elastic cover and just tape it on. It does help reduce amount of air coming in but it does not stop all air for that you must also wrap the outside of the unit as well.

Great Air Conditioning Cover!
This was a great product and served the purpose of keeping the cold, winter air from coming into the house. It was nicely padded and fit nice and snug onto my air conditioning unit so it looked neat. The color was a nice neutral beige, which blended in with my wall coloring, furnishings and the rest of the house so it didn't stand out and it wasn't an eyesore or anything. It also came with sealing tape for an extra seal against drafts. I forget if it came with plastic or not, but I also wrapped the front with plastic before covering it with this cover, just to be sure that there were no drafts. All in all, I was very pleased with this product.

This is a real classy A/C window cover
These covers are the best quality and best looking I've had. I wanted them to keep out the camp fire smoke from the neighbor and worked very well. It also keeps out the cold although I used my own inside liner I made out of a plastic on the o/s and foam on the i/s that covers bumper covers for cars shipped from the factory to the dealer. It's a little tricky getting the cover over the A/C unit when the bungee cord is new but with practice and holding the bottom with your knee or a third hand you will be o.k. . It is well worth the learning curve to have this in any room. I have 3 already and love them all.UPDATE:06/06/2013, It's COLD up here in Upstate NY on Lake Ontario ,42 deg. and This Cover did a Great job keeping out the cold air tonight.I will update with pictures of the material used to line the inside if needed and video technique how to put the cover on if needed.

Service was just fine
The item looked fine, but I ordered one to fit a 14" high and a 20" long conditioner, and the one I got was way to small. Maybe would fit a 8" X 14" conditioner. I wanted to return it but the slip had been lost because I just put it away for winter instead of trying it ou. It looked OK at the time.If Amazon reads this. Please let me return it for a much bigger one. Phyllis McGuire

runs very small
I ordered the small which said it would cover over an inch larger than my unit. wasn't even close to fitting. If you order this, better order at least a size larger/ If you have a beach towel and a bungee cord, save yourself some money. Worth 5.00 at most.

Keeps dust out...
I was a little worried having read the reviews on this cover, but I went ahead and purchased it. It really isn't meant to keep out cold, but rather dust and perhaps would buffer a gust of wind blowing through the unit. I like it because it fit my AC unit well, and even though the adjustment tape included isn't the greatest, it's not meant to be permanent. I managed to use velcro on mine - a simple do-it-yourself fix. For the price I think I got what I expected. I like the look of it, and it certainly does a good job keeping dust from filtering in the room. I used it mostly to cover the unit during winter. I also had plastic covering the outside of the unit. The combination worked well.

Works
The set comes w/cover, very thin foam and adhesive. I did not want to tape the foam to the AC, so I just folded it and inserted it in the fabric cover. It still worked fine. The cover is nice padded material w/elastic all around the edges. Same idea as a fitted sheet. It is very difficult to get on, but I managed to do it. Would be a lot easier if you have more than two hands helping. It doesn't look fitted and neat like the photos in that mine looks baggy. It seemed like less of our air conditioner was inside the window than the picture, so there was very little room for the edges to encircle, thereby making less of the cover fully on and pulled taut. I had barely any side space for the cover to get a grip on. With frustration, I got it on, and it's staying fine in spite of the lack of grip area. I can tell a big difference from what it was like in the room before the cover was installed. I used to have a room that felt like a meat locker. When you would go near the AC, you could feel the cold coming in. Now, nothing. Definitely worth using.
