Great knife, very sharp and easy to use. I have Arthritis in my hands and find the way this knife balances and feels in my hand makes it a perfect fit for me. would recommend it to anyone.

Stainless it is not.
Rust spots all over the blade after only 2 washes. I have never come across any grade of "stainless steel" that rusts so easily. Not fit for food at all.Ignoring the rust issues, the knife sharpened up nicely, but unfortunately it was very light, too light in fact, which meant more force was needed to cut fruit, veg, cheese and more, in fact bread rolls were ok. But for those with sore joints etc this knife is to be avoided even without the rust issues.
