Now let me just firstly start by saying that I have been an insomniac for about 20 years and so my sleep is always a bit tricky. I would therefore never expect a supplement to overnight solve my sleep issues. But I’m always looking for ways to improve the quality of my sleep, and my ability to stay asleep.The ingredients of these are great. It includes passionflower, chamomile and magnesium all of which are well known and proven to support relaxation. I’ve taken these for a few nights and at the very least there is no adverse reaction. And because of the fact that I can see that this company have a really high quality ingredients and sustainability and provenance I have no hesitation to continue to taking them to see if it can just help me sleep just a tiny bit better. Impressed so far with this brand.

I like the fact they have used a resealable pouch which presumably uses less plastic than a container. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your sleep health.
