Cookie Paddles for BOSCH Mixer Attachments Cookie Dough Paddles for BOSCH Universal and Universal Plus Mixers (2 Pack)

These cookie paddles are made in China and look similar to those that originally came with my Bosch Universal Plus mixer. I do not know whether these are made by the same company Bosch uses, but they do fit my Bosch and they work well. They snapped onto the head just fine and they spin as they should. The cookie paddles that came with my Bosch have broken at the top under heavy loads, so it is nice to be able to find replacements. Only time will tell how well these paddles hold up. In the meantime, I do recommend them!

From my wife: I ordered these for my new Bosch mixer. The way the Bosch paddles rotate and roll around the donut shaped bowl is interesting. These paddles attach to the same part that holds the whisk mixer paddles. I tried them with a smallish batch of cookie dough. The problem with the smallish batch is that these paddles don't quite get right to the middle section of the bowl. Therefore, the batter stayed in the middle and I had to keep scraping it. I ended up changing to the whisk paddles because they reached the middle better. I'd recommend using these with bigger batches. The Bosch, in general, does well with bigger batches and I really liked it with dough.
