Don't waste your money
Let start off by saying that I bought these for my trip to Iceland last week. While I was there The temperatures ranged from about 4 - 11C (30's - 40's F). The pants fit really tight, they felt like skinny jeans or slim jeans; which I hate, and they wouldn't go over my boots so I had to tuck them into my boots. They didn't protect me from the cold as good as they said, so I had to wear long John's underneath to stay warm which made them even tighter. They are not water proof, when I was out on a 6 mile hike I my pants got soaked and because I had to tuck them into my boots so did my socks and boots. If you need waterproof pants don't buy these.

great warm pants
At the moment I have only worn this one day, but so far I really like this pants. I got them specifically for cold days that I want to be out hiking. These pants are warm, today was 20 degrees F out and I did NOT have long johns, just boxers and these pants. My legs were warm and I could not feel the wind on my legs, even though my upper body was freezing from only having a t shirt and pullover. Quality so far seems very good at least on the pants - it does come with a cheap nylon throw away belt and I did have one thread to snip but otherwise the quality seems great. The only thing I dislike on the pants so far is the zippers on the front pockets - I'm not used to having zippers there, the opening feels slightly small because of the zipper and I don't ever have a need to close those pockets. The small "cargo pockets" I do like having the zippers there and the pockets I think are the perfect size to keep my phone and keys in but not so large that I try to stuff too many things in. The pants don't make a lot of noise, but they are not silent, if you rub your legs together walking they will make a small amount of noise. So if you are trying to nature watch or hunt you will just need to be mindful of that.

Don't waste your time.
I am a 38 waist. Ordered XXL. Couldn't even get them past my hips. Sizing isn't even close. Sent them back.

Worked perfect for me!
I bought these pants last minute, before heading off to hike in Iceland for a week. I tried the "other" pants like these that are all over Amazon (most for $39 and with the single orange thigh pocket zipper) and didn't like them at all. I found they had a skinny jean type fit and the tight cuffs set them above my boot, which would allow wind, water, and snow in.These pants are looser and fit over my boots just right, without looking 'puffy' like snow pants. The weather for my entire week in Iceland was 25-45 degrees F and 10-40 mph wind. It was occasionally misty, but no heavy rain. The pants worked phenomenally for this weather. They blocked 100% of the wind and mist, and sealed nicely to my boots. They feel durable, yet allow for comfortable hiking.I normally wear 30"x30" jeans and have an athletic build. I bought these in size small, and they fit fine. If anything they are a little long, which I would prefer over a little short in a winter pant. The may not be completely waterproof (as many reviews state), but for the incredibly low cost, these pants are a solid 10 in my eyes.

Great for the price.
I found these on a whim. I was looking for some outdoor versitle pants that I could use for trekking/hiking and in cold, wet, windy weather. So far they feel great. Neoprene shell is quite impressive. The lining is a warm and study seeming fleece. Essentially these are ski pants-hence long at the ankles(for ski boots). Zippered pockets are nice-seem weatherproof. Be advised these are made overseas so sizing is a bit tight at the waist. Whatever you wear, consider a size up. Loose at the knee(ski pants) and snug at the waist-but, does have elastic waistband, comfy and warm. Though image shows button closure it is actually a clasp(dress pant style(ski pants). Will update as needed but thusfar a great find for UNDER $20.

Not completley waterproof, but warm and comfortable.
I wear size 32 usually and I got the medium. The large were a little too baggy for me so I sent them back. I took these pants to Iceland. Wearing these with long johns underneath kept me warm in the arctic winds. Without the thermal underwear I was wearing these pants would allow a little bit of cold air in if used in a cold wind area. They are water resistant and dry fast but are not waterproof. They are good quality and feel comfortable. I do not like the pockets. They are a type of mesh material inside. That might be necessary for air ventilation or bulkiness around the hips, but they are thin and weird. I wanted to put my hands in my pockets to keep them warm but it does not feel nice with the pocket design. Overall, I recommend the pants for the quality and warmth to the price value.

Look and make are excellent, the only reason I did not give 5 stars is that they appear to be made for thin people and not those with a muscular build (if you wear skinny jeans, these will fit just fine). I wear a 37-38 waist and have an athletic build from sports and working out. I ordered the 38-40 (2XL) which is the largest size they have, and they were too tight on my thighs to be comfortable and practical. The look, make and material were all very good, they just didn't fit. IF THEY MADE THEM IN A BIGGER SIZE, I WOULD BUY THEM AND KEEP THEM!

Warm and Comfortable
I finally got a chance to wear these and they worked very well. I got them to wear while walking in cold weather. The past few mornings have been right around 32F so it seemed like time to try them out. They worked very well for me. My legs stayed warm and the pants did not restrict my movements. One note, if you plan on wearing a base layer of thermals you might consider moving up 1 size. I tried them with the Tesla HotWear leggings and they were okay. Bulkier thermals may be a problem though.
