I used it to reduce facial hair growth. The machine works well, but it's important to read the instructions regarding skin and hair types. A machine with more settings would be better, but this machine does work fine.

I was going to return this, but missed the return window by 1 day so I am stuck with it. No I did not use it because it had so many possible things to go wrong using this per their manual and yet the manual was very poorly put together and missing clear explanations for using, what intervals, etc. Confusing labeling it says permanent removal, but also says just reduction of hair.

Each pulse hits about a 1" x 1/2" area of skin. So just doing a shoulder once is extremely slow - a good 6-8 minutes. Additionally, one treatment will not be enough. In fact, no amount of treatments is enough. I bought this in October 2018, and it is currently December 2019. For over one year, I regularly treated one area as a control. It literally did nothing at all. I would not recommend this.

I used this as the instructions said for several sessions at the suggested intervals and there is no noticeable difference in hair growth in those areas. Don't waste your money on this.

Sorry but I can't give this thing a score of less than 1 start. Terrible doesn't work.

It actually works! I am on my fourth treatment on my chest, stomach, and back, and was pleasantly surprised when I realised that some of the hair was starting to not grow back. five stars!

After using constantly over six months I have seen a great decrease in leg hair. Secret is being consistent.

Product did not work.
