I bought this for my daughter as her "Santa" present for Christmas. I opened it up to test it out and see how easily my 9yr old can manage it. The size is a bit bigger than i expected but I think it will be ok for her. It came with lots of different filaments which she will be excited about. Especially the glow in the dark ones. It didnt take very long to heat up and im happy it came with fingertip gaurds. Although they may be a bit big for her fingers. It also came with a stand to place it on in between uses but it seems to topple over easily. It's a bit top heavy when used on the stand. Overall, it seems like a neat starter pen that will meet her crafting needs. Seems durable.

 It's the first 3D pen I used, and it was a good experience.It heats up relatively quickly, has three heat speeds, turns off after 10 minutes of no use, and keeps relatively cool during use. Make sure to give it a ten minute rest after an hour of use, as suggested. The design is cute and comfortable. The end gets relatively warm, but from my experience the rest of the pen was cool enough to handle. The end also comes off which makes clean-up easier. The cord it comes with is a tad on the short side, but it solved with an extension cord. I would like it if it came with filaments of the three primary colors(red, yellow, blue), but it only comes with two random colors. The stand it sturdy and holds the pen well. Loading and unloading the filament is a bit confusing and I feel like the design could make it more clear how it's done, but once you know how to do it, it is easy.The plastic sheet it comes with is nice at first, but warps very easily after use. Also, 3D drawing tends to put off a smell, basically because it's melting plastic, which is similar to hot glue guns. After a while, this smell can become obnoxious, so I would recommend using this in a place with good ventilation.

 This pen is cool! I am not an experienced user of such things so the fact that I was able to take it out of the box and figure it out pretty quickly is great. It came with two different colors of PLA filament which worked properly. It also came with some paper templates for making various designs. I do wish the power cord was a little longer.I still want to play with it some more but it seemed liked like a good value for a good quality pen.The cat design of the pen is very cute!

 This is absolutely one of the funnest gifts I have received! This pen is perfect for all ages, but preferably for younger kids! At first, it was a little complicated to get used to, but with a bit of practice I can see myself making a ton of awesome things! A lot of young kids use this pen to make accessories for toys and such! Dikale's previous 3D pen was by far my favorite for being able to run on a 5V battery pack (like you'd use to charge your phone. However, it had some oddness about how to get it to feed and reverse. Dikale has addressed those concerns and made an adorable package for their latest offering. Great for kids or repairing 3D prints.

Item stopped working after 10 minutes. Very disappointed.

This is a really great 3D pen. I really like the cute cat on top of the pen and the holder with the cat feet and tail makes it fun to display when the pen is not in use. The filaments come out smoothly and is easy to swap colors. The pen doesn't get hot and is very comfortable to hold. I would highly recommend this 3D pen.

Really excited to give this pen a try, I’ve currently got it charging to give a whirl later. I like that it came with some basic patterns to get me started and get the hang of things. I will for sure be ordering some more filament for the pen so I don’t run out in the middle of a project. A huge plus to me is that the pen also comes with a lifetime warranty card.
