They should pay you an hours labor for unpacking and assembly.
Very poor assembly instructions, and A4 sheet with more blank space than information tiny pictures that could be four times the size in the space there is, They need to tell you not to fit the height control until you have done the arms as you cannot get to the bolts because of the height control lever. Nearly £200 and a lot of plastic, I don't know how it will stand the test of time

The chair base does not lock and when one sits on it you feel as if falling forward - send it back as customer service was poor.
