This is a very fancy set of solar garden lights.A little assembly is required before use. The lights fasten onto the top of two-part plastic ground spikes. They can be tilted to any angle - it's best to try to keep the top surface facing towards the sun.They can be controlled via a switch on the lights, or more richly, via a mobile app, AiDot. This app unfortunately requires you to create an account in order to use it, but the account is free and doesn't require anything more than your email address from you, so this is not too onerous to set up.The app is actually a smart household management app, but I only have these lights to use with it currently.Within the app you pair the lights by holding down the button on each light until they start to flash. They are then quickly picked up by the phone. You can choose to either set a colour for the lights, a preset program, create your own program or respond to music. There's also settings for motion - light turns on when it's dark and motion is detected, luminance detection - turns on at dusk, and off at dawn and light mode, where it turns on/off at a scheduled time.The preset programs involve various light patterns - different colours, and changing effects - the existing ones include Disco, Party, Christmas, Halloween etc. The light is capable of producing any colour in the palette which is impressive and something I haven't previously seen with a solar light.They are probably the most decorative solar garden lights I've ever come across and so far I can't fault their functionality. Highly recommended.

This 4 pack of Linkind brand smart solar lights that can be put in the ground or on a wall with adjustable brackets with ground spikes are quite large and very well made. They are operated by an app, which once paired up via Bluetooth to the app, they allow you to have various options of brightness, colour, timed or will come on via PIR movement. They also have various themes where they change colours and can even move to music (great for outside parties). I particularly like I can turn them on remotely so can see my garden lit up, even if I’m away from home. Just ensure you place them in good light, they each have a decent size solar panel on the top of each, don’t put them in the shade or they cannot charge up for nighttime. I have yet to see how they fare in the winter months, but I have a solar panel for my Ring camera that works all year round on an east facing wall, so I’m optimistic these will work equally well.
