Personally, I really liked this collagen and found it very helpful and effective! I’ve noticed a big difference on my skin as it is now finally hydrated and on its very own!! Meaning.,, I don’t longer need to apply moisturizer every hour bc it’s helped my skin get hydrated. My skin definitely feels a lot more rejuvenated and healthier! I add the powder to a nice warm cup of coffee first thing in the morning and dissolves perfectly. I mix is good enough to just to make sure there are no clumps. I do find it to dissolve a lot easier and faster with warm liquids but it still dissolves good. There is no taste and that’s what I was looking for anyway. The ingredients are visible on the label and it’s definitely a must have! I’ve seen improvement with my back discomfort and definitely feels a lot better and relieving. I love this product! What an easy way to get collagen/protein in your normal drinks. I mix it with my coffee every morning. You never taste a thing. It does clump occasionally while stirring, but just keep stirring and it dissolves nicely. My bones and joints are definitely feeling better now. I have been using this for two months and I think I am also seeing my skin tighten a tad. How wonderful!

Vital Proteins always delivers quality products. I stopped using them for a bit but have been trying to make a powerful coffee smoothie so I decided to come back and try vanilla. The smell and taste is great. I make a cold brew milkshake so I blend it and it comes out smooth and frothy 🤤. I see a difference in my skin and I think my nails are growing better so it's effective! My only complaint is that this variant of VP is expensive and I go through it too fast.

This is my favorite collagen and this version, the original, not the advanced. It helps with my skin, bone, and joint health. It’s best in coffee, tea, and juice. I don’t like it mixed in water only (to me it tastes a little weird that way). It does not mix well in ice cold beverages (it takes long to mix well) or carbonated beverages.
