Well made pan and lid. Even heating and easy clean up. Only draw back was installing the handle. It was difficult to get it securely tightened using the small thin wrench provided. I needed to use a regular wrench from my husband’s toolbox.

This pan is f phenomenal. Completely non-stick. Handles the oven really well for reverse searing proteins. The price was great as well.

This is an amazing little pan! I recently converted to induction and I’ve tried everything to fry eggs in a stainless steel pan without sticking - no luck.This one requires much less oil and the egg almost flips itself. Clean up is so much easier! If you cook 2 eggs and don’t want them to run together, I’d recommend the 10” size. 8” is perfect for one or scrambled.

It's the first time I have seen a cooking pan or pot that the handle has to be put on. It comes with a little wrench to tighten the bolts/nuts to attach it. I guess this means it will be easier to tighten the handle, if/when it becomes loose. I will amend my review, after I use it. I saw that some people say that it isn't non-stick, but that may be due to user error. Many people don't realize non-stick pans should never be heated over Medium heat and never empty. Always add your oil/fat to the pan while it's heating and never use high heat. It's different than stainless steel and cast iron pans.
