Q: Have they been sprayed with any hebicides, pesticides or chemicals. the packaging is non gmo ...why not organic ? is this because they are sprayed ?

I don't think. I don't know why they don't label that organic, but believe me they are really tasty, perfect amount of salt and they are really big. I ordered 3 bags a two days ago. 3lb each for very good price. The 3 lb are cheaper then 2 lb. We all enjoy them very much.

Q: What usda grade are these pistachios?

Can't necessarily find a usda grade as you would meats, etc. Rather grades and standards...example u.s. fancy, u.s. extra, etc. This is one of the highest rated all natural brands in both quality and flavor.
