Avoid this unit!Steamer is wobbly, never worked properly. Would warm up quickly but then the alarm would sound. Tried different online help options and none of them worked. Reached out to the company and asked for help. I sent them a video of what was happening. They said to add less water. It finally did work if it was not filled with more than half of the water, and then steam for about 8 minutes.I returned the product which cost almost as much as the original product and when I got my refund they shorted me the amount of their shipping.If you buy this and it doesn't work you might as well keep it. Costs more to return a product that never worked correctly.I am more disappointed with the seller than the product.
