Fantastic self help book!
This book is very well written and helped me identify the health issues I’ve been dealing with over a year. I’ve gone to several specialists, and physical therapy and never got a clear diagnosis. This book described my symptoms and explained physiologically what caused the problem and gives exercises on how to resolve the problem. All it takes is effort on my part. I’m 90% better and so glad to understand why and how to do my own therapy.

Farewell to piriformis pain!
The exercises in this book really helped me and I now do some of them several times a week. The book has pictures illustrating proper form and the captions are clearly written. Best of all, I no longer have pain and I can sleep and sit comfortably. If I feel any tightness, there are one or two exercises that can be done anywhere and they really help. Great book!

Great intro to piriformis syndrome exercises
Great little book that gives a good, simple overview of what piriformis syndrome is and how to address it. I like the personal story from the author. Provides a good amount of exercises in stretching, myofacial release (foam rolling) and strengthening. It is great if you are just learning about piriformis syndrome, but if you've been trying to address your piriformis pain for years (like me) you might already have tried the majority of tips in this book.

Great book!!!
So glad to have it cuz I need to know n excerise. Too much money to go to Physical therapy. Sometimes I forget what to excerise n this book reminds me n more excerise than PT taught.

It was way to much reading for me! probably good if you have the time I guess I wanted quicker info like pictures :-)
