I have to apologize that the review upon opening the box to the Cameo was premature in sending it. I have been used to Amazon having all the stuff bundled inside the Amazon box. Upon opening the silhouette Cameo, all the vinyl, pens, and tools were inside the box. I am very pleased with this seller. The package arrived a day earlier than said, and all is good. I wish I could delete my one star review. Looking forward to using my new Cameo!! I had the original 12” Cameo and it finally died.

There are no written directions. You have to be on line to get instructions. There have been challenges to get it to cut accurately.
