The window of the box is plastic and arrived broken. It didn't seem up to the quality of the rest of the piece, which was quite good. It took a day or so to reach the manufacturer but once I got in contact with them, explained the situation they sent out a new box with a return label for the old one. Very little trouble.

This is a very beautiful product for the price. However, I wish to write the majority of the review on the company’s customer service. Unfortunately, I misread the court division my friend was being sworn into as a judge (this is a momento gift for him becoming a judge at 38!), and wrote the wrong statement for the plaque. I called customer service today and they made the changes free of charge and were most friendly - a sign of a great company. I know my friend will appreciate the sentimental meaning (even if he got the wrong plaque), but because of the courteous and devoted nature of the company a potentially embarrassing and unfortunate mistake was avoided. I highly recommend this product!
