Accurate
I am building a house and have found myself needing to find the center of a wall or ceiling. With a tape measure this requires 2 people or is incredibly frustrating because the tape will unhook or bend. This tool can measure from both ends which is incredibly valuable. It allows you to find the center point between to surfaces one handed in a matter of seconds. I also have used this to measure for blocking. I have found cutting a piece of wood the length the tool displays fits perfectly everytime. Personally this is about a good of test for accuracy I can think of. Something to keep mind. Requires you to press TWO buttons to turn on. I thought mine was broke originally, but thats how its designed. Highly recommend.

Great Tool for Home Tool Kit
We used this product when we started a large product at our home and it was VERY helpful and very easy to use. If you need something that can help you do basic balancing, distance measurement and you aren't an expert, this is exactly what you need.

Great product for the price!
It works great, it’s cheap. I compared it to my regular tape measure multiple times to make sure I could trust its measurements and it was dead on every time. Great product for the price.

Is there any way to configure it to round the values from 1/16 to 1/8?

If you need a product for outdoor use, this rangefinder may not meet your requirements. Says it all?
After having some difficulties with measurements in daylight, I questioned the manufacture on how far this 200 meter, 656 Feet, laser should operate in daylight, and they replied "3 to 5 meters", and"If you need a product for outdoor use, this rangefinder may not meet your requirements.We recommend that you consider other products."Best regards,Huepar Customer Service Team"And they did not recommend any products that they produce for this purpose.Now You Know!I wonder why they never mentioned this in their listing?I'm returning mine.Looks like a identical looking model, with similar specifications, that is also sold here on Amazon, that is less expensive, seems to have some newer updated software with more options and more features. You should probably check that one out if you were going to get one?
