This is my first Bobby pin set ever. However, I like the gold collection; the variety of different sizes is appealing. Additionally, the case separates the sizes and provides a suitable apparatus to see all options at a glance. The only downside is that the case is a bit flimsy and the pins fall out if it is not on a firm surface; therefore, I suggest placing the case down before opening. Overall, I am happy with my purchase of the gold set.

Great value! I got this set for a specific updo. I did a faux-hawk for an evening out with my girls. The clear bands did not break randomly like others that Ive had and the Bobby pins stayed put all night! There wasn’t any shifting or having to push back in at all. Highly recommend this set! Plus it comes in a case to keep all your stuff together!

I didn't realize these were made of metal. I was hesitant to buy bobby pins because I thought they'd break in my hair. But these being made of metal, they can hold tight to my scalp. My hair is thick, and therefore need something durable if it's going to stay in place. Absolutely worth the money.

Nice mix...usable for a few things other than hair things ... but I wonder who was Bobby originally? And why is this named for him? Maybe this should be spelled Bobbie... but that may not be appropriate for the times... Don't judge me ... I can ask silly things 'cause I'm retired...and that's what retired people have time to do... (Ugh)
