SEGURO Camera Thermo Lens Travel Mug - Stainless Steel Insulated for Coffee and Refreshments (Black)

I purchased this mug as a gift for a friend. I can confirm that it looks incredibly like a camera lens. The inside of the mug is made of stainless steel and it comes with a plastic lid. It does not feel cheap or "plasticy" in any way. Highly recommended.

I had actually bought this for myself, but since my brother liked it (and he had always wanted a DSLR camera - this was the next best thing), I decided to give it to him and to buy myself another one at some point down the line. From a distance, it does look like a DSLR zoom lens. In the near future, I shall update my review with some photos of it, but as my brother has the cup, it is difficult to do so at the moment.When you get a little more close up, of course, you can see that it is not real,but it certainly fools a lot of people at first glance because of all of the faux dials and buttons etc. the name of it is also a twist on a well known Camera brand... My brother's workmates were somewhat bemused when they first saw it and approached it in curiosity to see why he was drinking out of a camera lens.What I like about it, is its novelty. I have never seen or come across anything like this before and for photography enthusiasts, I suspect this would be ideal. It's a shame that real DSLR lenses weren't so reasonably priced!

It's OK for a fun gift, but it's not really a serious contender for thermal mug of the year. Good on the desk at work, but the lid on mine stopped tightening pretty quickly so you can't use it on the move safely.
