THESE ARE NOT 1/4"
My daughter almost got disqualified today at her track meet because the spikes are 1/2" and not 1/4". False advertisement. DO NOT BUY.

Nice but useless
Purchased the because of the color. Loved the spikes but was unable to use them as the red changer that came with the spikes didn't have any groves and don't fit the spikes.
