While it is reasonably comfortable to wear, it is not ideal for heavy activity especially is you are slightly overweight.The sleeve ends are a bit tight. This does not matter when lifting weights because these are stretchable, but while running chaff the biceps.

Good quality and perfect fit. I ordered XL and it’s fitting perfectly. Feel of the cloth and quality both are good. Black colour is also intense. Does not give a faded look
