Really high quality whey protein.
I use this after all my training sessions and after rugby games and now I have all the lads on it! Love the strawberry taste, much better than other strawberry shakes that I have had. It mixes really well and is also great in the breakfast smoothies I make with strawberries and raspberries. It contains a blend of whey isolate, hydrolysed whey and whey protein concentrate which is exactly what I was looking for after using another large supplement brand for years but I'll be sticking to this one.
