I feel it's bit noisy

I'm putting this with 5 stars so that You won't miss the 1 star remarks like I did before buying this.All they want to do is sell their aluminium pipes with this product, even though you buy any aluminium pipe or do pvc pipe one, they'll force you to buy their aluminium pipe otherwise the service man won't even touch anything, and just hang that chimney piece on the wall, and ask for 600, saying that if you want more , pay more , and on top of that they'll ask for 500- 600 travel charges. And, when you ask questions such has why they've given reducer with chimney and all, they won't answer, they just shut you up saying pay more to get this done, we don't care about amazon.This entire chaos, after submitting the request for 5-6 times, they came after a month.They'll blackmail you to pay more or the warranty will be gone .Be prepared to get this installation done by someone else, buying this ,I made a huge mistake .Worst installation service from my area, BHL, RajIt's not mentioned here that they need extra bucks to register the product and more bucks for claiming warranty , and instead of fulfilling your needs , they want us to make technician happy by oaying extra 3-4K so that you get the registration and claiming warranty things done.

Faber support and technician support was good.Technician of Faber was not available in our district.

The Chimney we ordered is in good condition and works really well!! So once we get the product a service engineer is alloted to us and the person who is alloted for us is S.Karthikeyan who did a great a job and even he gave a demo for us regarding the machine!!Overall satisfied with the Faber team👌👌
