Bought this to use as a large screen ereader for technical documents for work.I knew it was very low powered, however I figured it could handle running a pdf reader and no other programs. But this thing couldn't handle just the windows OS with no programs running.I used it ONCE--It took over 15 minutes to boot-Touch screen was inaccurate (off by half an inch of where I placed my finger), and had several seconds of input delay-the keyboard would have delay too, even putting in my password, it would take half a second to register a keypress, and if i pressed too many at once it would start skipping letters. Only works at about 15-20 words per minute-tried 4 different pdf readers, all of them would either crash or have several seconds of scrolling lag on anything with more than 2 pages of text only-battery life is atrocious, I used it for about a half hour and it went from 90% (took 10% just to turn on) to about 40%and to make it even more useless, it only charged once.so after about a half hour of frustration, and letting it sleep overnight, it was dead in the morning and would not charge.I was going to type a portion of this review on it, but since it died, i will copy a message i wrote my friend on it at around 30-40 wpm (which even at that speed was frustratingly slow to me) to prove my point:"ww ikew ths lptopwa gongt be trrblbt ihd oidait oudb hs ad.. ou gtwt opy fr ges.""wow i knew this laptop was going to be terrible, but i had no idea it could be this bad... you get what you pay for i guess"Save your money, stay away.

Touchscreen could not be configured to work from the start. The speed was fine but a faulty touchscreen for a 2-in-1 laptop defeats the purpose of buying one.About a week after purchase, the newest Windows update came through... The 32GB Rom isn't suited for handling Windows updates automatically so if you don't disable automatic update from the start, you're buying a literal brick.

I like this little laptop it works for me when or if my main PC fails. I had a virus that really left me helpless- it contracted blue death screen. I felt like I had been shot. I was helpless, I use my PC to take care of all my business. I wanted something that I could still pay my bills, get my emails, play the occasional games, communicate with my sons and grandsons. It works well for me without spending a bag of money. However, I had to expand the space immediately; after I installed the operating necessities the space was gone. It could use a little more memory too. But, I love it.

First off look at the specks before buying this. What I needed was a tablet or laptop to watch videos when it is hot out. For the money it had the largest screen I could get and if I read it right full HD. Most of the other things in the same price range had more processing power but smaller lower res screens. The battery lasts over 5 hours no problem but takes forever to charge. This is my first laptop and I have no idea if that is common. For watching YouTube videos it works well. Just remember before buying that the processor is slow and the 32GB memory is barely enough for Windows 10. I installed Firefox and got the ghost thing going and enjoy watching YouTube without ads.

Its a really nice laptop but not for me , im.not very good with technology at all , i can.work.an android but windows not so much so if you.are someone that is good with it then.its a great laptop , just not for me .

Just purchased this laptop/tablet few days ago. Gotta say I love it. Comparing price/quality this is definitely very good deal on Amazon. It is definitely slower than my roommate's Surface, but i am comparing 1000$ tablet to 200$ laptop. Very satisfied and perhaps will buy one more for my brother.

Not enough memory

slow and touchscreen didnt work at all tried to troubleshoot and everything didnt help
