The functionality was patiently explained. The installation was smoothly and quickly done.

The product was delivered in robust packaging. More importantly, the product installation was seamless. Vijay from Faber was extremely helpful and prompt in installing the product and also explaining in detail on how to operate and maintain it. He also assured of instant service at any point if needed. Noteworthy that Vijay wasnt the assigned technician but the assigned person had to go on an emergency leave. Vijay immediately stepped in and not for once did he hesitate saying the ticket was not in his name, something that is very prevalent across services as many of us would already know. His professionalism is a rarity truly. Thank you Faber and particularly Vijay.

Used for 1 month. No defect yet found. Little bit noisy while work but okay for 10k amout. Service and Installation also so Co-operative and friendly.
