Only had it for 3 days but so far so good. Works flawlessly and easy to read and set programs. So many levels. Really helps aching neck and shoulders.

I love it. I have had back problems for about 2 years. Most pain on upper right side. After many tests including 3 MRI's, xrays, bone density, blood and most anything else you can name, I also tried two different chiropractors with not much relief. They also used TENS. The only thing the doctors could come up with was nerve damage.I read the reviews on here and the help that this product gave to a lot of people. After using this for several weeks I can honestly say it has helped me and I am very pleased with the results. The product is very easy to use. Once set up you don't have to change anything the next time you use it. It has programs which tell you which setting they suggest to use for what condition however I have found that I like to set it manually and do not follow any set program. I tried the different settings and found using a P setting of 4 and the PE for neck feels the best. As for intensity I started out at 8 however am now up to 17 on lower back and farther up at 14. The stimulation bounces back and forth using 2 of the pads at a time going from one set of 2 to the other set of 2.. I use all 4 pads at a time. I try and do it twice a day, but some days my back feels much better so I skip one session. The remote times how long you are doing it and shuts off in a half hour so your treatment is perfect each time.This may not work for everybody but for me it sure did. Beats taking pills to cover the pain. I no longer take anything.

This is the only Tens Unit that works. I have others that cost over $100. They do not have the power settings that the Accu Relief does so they are ineffective and useless. If you have severe back pain and are prone to spasms, this little thing will definitely relieve your pain. I have been using this device since 2013.

This TENS unit does its job fine, but it's not the best unit I've used. I purchased this to help relieve chronic back pain after a car accident, and I especially wanted it for my trip to Disney World. The good news is that I had no problem getting it through security. I did have it out to show TSA just in case, but they did not question it. I also had no problem taking it into the parks. The bad news is that it could not keep up with the pain during my trip. In the evenings, I ran it through its cycle twice in a row, but as soon as I took it off I was miserable again. Now that I'm home and not straining my back as much, it is more helpful in relieving back pain. There are a few things that are okay, not great: it doesn't have a case, the pads aren't as sticky as some other units I've used, and it would be nice to choose the exact type of pulse instead of the programs offered. I use an Ipsy small cosmetic bag to store mine, and it's the perfect size.

I was surprised by how powerful this unit is, I can't go above a level four on most of the programs, I couldn't imagine what level 25 feels like- I would think even a person with decreased neural sensitivity would be able to appreciate therapeutic effect from this unit. I usually find relief from everyday aches with a level 2 or 3 and only need level 4 when I've really strained a muscle. Several programs of stimulation to choose from, you can pick based on the electrical stimulation wave pattern or choose a program targeted for specific body locations. I sometimes use the unit on my neck and shoulders at a very low level 1 for a gentle massage just for stress relief. Very easy to use controls and the unit uses normal (easy to replace) batteries. Very good battery life / efficiency. I have used multiple brands of electrodes- the ones that come with the unit are good, but I have also ordered the very cheapest replacements on Amazon and some that my workplace provided they each work every bit as well. I get about the same use life out of the adhesive- keep them clean and stored on the plastic card the come on and you can very easily get 30+ uses each. Individual family members have their own electrode pads. I need acetaminophen and NSAIDs far less frequently now that I am using this device- sparing my liver, stomach and kidneys as a bonus! The device is completely 100% silent, it fits into most pant pockets (also has a belt clip on the back) and the lead wires are very slim and plenty long enough to allow frequent and discreet use at work even under dress clothes. I was so pleased with the economical effectiveness of this device I started keeping it in a small bag in my purse all the time just in case it is needed and I ordered another unit to give to my parents. It is well worth the price to have as a household healthcare item.
