Not satisfactory.Installation service is worst.better changing the contact of installation provider.geyting very big noise.

Overall good product for a budget customers
Overall it is good product, the only issue is the noise. It makes a bit louder noise but I think it is okay as it is cheaper than other brands/models. Service from Faber is also very quick and good. They came on time for installation and service when I faced an issue with the Chimney.
