The unit arrived DOA. Did not power up, no blue light, totally dead. The manual suggested replacing power supply (On the new out of the box unit, really?). If the box went through the functional test, after it was assembled, it shouldn’t be acting like that. There is ether very poor or no quality control over manufacturing process. It goes back today. I have half-life long experience working for electronic company, equipped with that knowledge I will not try to reorder from the same maker.

Great TV Box! Outstanding Value!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I am really very impressed with the quality of this Android box. 4GB of ram is perfect for a box like this. I installed a 500mb custom build in less than 30 seconds, which is significantly faster than the last 7.1 android box I tried.The box comes nicely packaged and is already set up. I connected it to my TV, power, and ethernet and off it went. There was no setup required, other than changing the time zone and signing into the play store.The layout is nice and functional. It looks a little better to me than the other boxes I've used but that is completely subjective. There are a number of pre-installed apps and I'm not in a hurry to get rid of them because of the large capacity drive.For those who want to know, kodi 17.6 does come pre-installed. It is not completely vanilla as a number of add-ons were also installed.I know that this is a little pricey compared to some of the other Android boxes out there but these specs and the quality of the box make it worth it to me. I like to think that maybe I'm a little future proofed for a bit by being out ahead of the majority of the Android tv boxes

very nice TV BOX
This is my 2nd android device. I had the box about one week love it! The other device we own is a smaller device. This one plays so smoother faster I guess it has 4G rams so much better,we loving our Tv again,highly recommend it.

Simple operation
It's my first Android tv box, and it works great. Before I decided to but it, I didn't use my TV for almost one month, because my TV can only used for ps4.This Android TV box is great because it is very simple to install, especially for someone who didn't want to spend much time in reading instructions. I connected the box to my TV via the HDMI cable it provided. And then, chose the language Preferred, and it is great because it can be used even for someone who want to use their own language. The third step is connect to the home WiFi. Then, finished and all done, very simple

Have had unit for 5 days and used twice. Now stuck on infinite loop with Android boot screen.

Great little box!
This is a very solid box w/3 usb slots so we can attach a usb mouse or usb keyboard. There’s an Ed card for external storage. The 4K provides clear pictures. So far there’s no problems using Ethernet with buffering or anything and there’s no lag. Super easy plug and play. I had no problem connecting and logging into the google play store.I’ve also not had any overheating issues like some boxes I’ve read about.

It made my dumb TV into smart TV
It works well right after connected with WiFi internet.It also support multiple language mode and lots of apps to choice.I can browse YouTube channel on my TV now.
