Better than coffee
I have been using this most of my adult life, great way to stay awake without all the extra acidity of drinking another cup of coffee. I drink two cups of coffee every day but one Vivarin will keep you awake way longer and with more consistency than a cup of coffee, especially for all day driving. I wouldn't recommend taking these if you are just going to sit on the couch all day, lol.

Works great for those long double shifts. Feels like a slow release. Less jitters than drinking coffee all day, lasts for like 6 - 8 hours with no crash.Just don't take one if you are going to have to get some sleep any time soon,
