Smells nice. But not for me
This product smells nice. it smells like the stuff the hairdresser uses in the salon. So it smells premium. But, personally, I didn't like the rest of it. The hold is very weak, and it makes your hair look a bit greasy. It doesn't claim to be matte finish, so I don't mind a bit of sheen, but the main problem I had was to have enough on to exert any hold, you needed so much it made your hair greasy (an my hair is pretty short).So, it you like a sheen look, this might work for you. But not for me

Thick and very greasy
First of all, the packaging is really great, this product comes in a retro looking heavy dark glass jar with bright yellow shiny screw-top. It looks and it feels top range. The thick gel inside looks like set wax. It is very thick and extremely greasy and once I rubbed it on my hands it releases a kind of fragrance you would expect from a hair wax. I got rather short hair and spreading it evenly required a fair bit of rubbing. It leaves hair looking shiny and quite firm, once I managed to get it into a desired shape. My hair was still shiny and greasy at the end of the day and I had to wash it before going to bed, since I didn't want all that grease on my pillow. It's a good occasional hair styling product that I wouldn't use every day.

Not for me at all - greasy and lacks strength
At the price I was expecting a lot from this product. This is significantly more expensive than similar products from the usual brands in the supermarket. I thought I would give it a go.The first thing that struck me was the quality as I got it out of the box. The casing really feels premium. Unfortunately, for me, this is where the premium element ended. Using the product was a let down. it feels very greasy and it isn't as strong as my existing product. It does however, smell lovely. Unfortunately, that isn't really a factor I'm looking for. No smell is fine, smelling good is a bonus, but not a priority.Sad to say I have put this in the drawer and have gone back to my normal brand. This will serve as a (rather expensive) backup for me. Perhaps I had high hopes because of the high price, but unfortunately I really cannot get on with it.

Mojo Hair Fibre Shaper for Men
This hair product comes in a large, heavy jar and has a look of a good, quality product. The gel itself is thick and gives hair good hold and volume. My eighteen year old son uses lots of hair gel and he liked the fragrance and thought that the gel worked well. As other reviewers have rightly pointed out, this is quite greasy in texture and so you will probably want to wash this out before your head hits the pillow, but it will hold your style in place well.This is supposed to work best with short hair.My son has hair that is short at the sides, but longer in the middle. Although his hair is probably longer than it should be for this particular product, it still worked well and held his hair in place. Although his hair stayed, the style did look natural and I thought it added shine. Overall, a good product and just looses a star for being a little greasy.

Nicely Presented, Decent Product Overall
The first thing you'll notice with this product is the size, weight and how well presented it is. It comes in an outer cardboard box, inside is the Fibre Shaper in a relatively large and weighty container with shiny gold top. It reminds me of Hairbond products, which carry a similar price tag and quality feel to them.The actual fibre reminds me of Vaseline in consistency and colour, no idea why but that's the first thing that comes to mind to describe it. That's not a bad thing, but I've tried different fibres from different brands and each differs in colour, consistency and hold. The fibre is easy to apply, I only need to use a pea sized amount and the hair is easy to style with the product applied. As for the hold, it's not quite as strong as I expected and I'd probably need to use more product to get the desired hold, but it's not bad and will do for most occasions. Going out on a wet and windy day might upset your hair style, but I suppose everyone's different with both the amount of product applied and style of hair.At £14.00 the price is probably about right, I've used similar products at around the same price point and for a large 100ml I find the price acceptable. It'll probably last me 6 months or more going by the small amount I use every day. Would I use it again? Maybe, we'll see. So far I'm on the fence but we'll see how I get on with it over time, there's always a new hair product that I come across and so far I haven't found the perfect one.

The Mojo is really working on this. Not overly perfumed (like most products), good texture and a good hold. Not overly greasy too! Nice one!

Really, really like the fragrance
The fragrance is very masculine. I dislike using the word ‘fragrance’ as that implies that it is like a perfume. It is sort-of woody and earthy – very masculine and subtle.A little goes a long way. Others have described it as greasy – maybe I just use very little. I do not find it greasy, and any hair fibre gives an oily look if you use a lot of it.I perhaps use this differently to the average person - I use a small amount to give my hair texture. I don't use it to give it 'hold'. Maybe people who find it greasy use it for the latter.The jar is heavy – it is glass. It makes it feel higher quality (but you would not buy it for that reason alone).I really like this.

For shorter styles, apply a thin layer evenly to palms and work thoroughly through your hair – add to the roots for ultimate control and then focus on the ends to shape into your preferred style.
For longer styles, apply a thin layer to palms and apply where required for subtle control and light shine.
To remove, simply wash out!
