10/28/18 Update:Was contacted by the company and sent replacements which were said to have had improvements made to them since my purchase. Not many companies would care enough to try to make a customer happier with a purchase. Added one star back due to excellence in customer service.Update: One month later and the silicon has begun to tear so while I like the product it does not last long. Luckily I am only using this for one heel so I still have another one that will hopefully last me another month.-------------I wear sandals everyday in the summer so I like the sock aspect and nude color. My heel pain started several weeks ago but since I've been wearing this there is noticeably less pain. When changing into sneakers I remove this and use a standard heel cushion insert instead. It seems that this technique of switching between the 2 is helping with the discomfort and allowing me to live life normally.I would recommend to anyone who is experiencing heel pain and can't use a standard insert.

Not sure I like these, they make my shoes tight as I already have wide, flat heels and arches. I did notice a decrease in pain, but my normal swelling, in combination with this added thickness, begins to make my shoes uncomfortable, and I have to wear supportive snug shoes, due to my arches.... it's kind of a no win situation if your in that category.If you have animals, major hair stick age is imminent!

The plantar fasciitis in my left foot has improved over the last two weeks since using this product. I don’t even need to wear everyday anymore. There are two drawbacks: 1- keeping it clean. You’ll need to wear something over it if you have hardwood floors as the dirt is highly attracted to the silicon. Cleaning them hasn’t been as successful as I’d hoped either. I’ve used soap and alcohol and they still hold some of the dirt. The other drawback is the over stretching. I noticed it does not keep form after a week of wearing. So I switched to the second slip. I was looking forward to using these for at least a few months before repurchasing.

Not the best cushion, as it is not very thick, but it is easy to wear and light. Does not help my plantar fasciitis or bone spur.

They feel really great when you first put them on, they do add some softness to your step, but if you don't put a sock between you and them your feel smell horrible.

I bought this product because I have dry and cracked heels which kept tearing my socks, and I was hoping that these gel sleeves would serve as a cushion to keep my socks from tearing up so fast. I should note that in addition to these gel sleeves, I also got a foot cream that I apply on my heels underneath the sleeves, and together it's been working great thus far. The sleeves feel very soft and stretchy, you practically don't feel them when walking in socks and shoes, and thus far it seems to protect my socks. Another important factor for me is that they don't have any toxic smell to them, which I'm very happy about. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this product if you have the same problem as me and would like to keep your socks from ripping, and to keep the cream from getting onto your socks

It feels good when you first put it on but it really absorbs odors and smells funky. I also found that they are too thick to wear with shoes. They slide and bunch up and end up around the ankles no longer cushioning the heel. That is too bad because I bought them for that reason since I have plantar fasciitis. Too bad because they are comfy until they don't stay put.

Okay so first of all I was a bit skeptical about this product, but I’m willing to try anything that may offer some help with foot pain. I spend all day on my feet for work, and then when I get home I’m usually running around for a couple more hours handling the house. Needless to say my feet pretty much always hurt in one way or another. As soon as I got them I slapped these bad boys on, and it was like a freaking hug for my feet! I have been wearing them for a few days now, and my feet are pretty happy. I’m going to to buy another pair for myself, and another one for my boyfriend to try.On another note my heels tend to be super rough because I spend a lot of time gardening without shoes, and they’re actually softened up quite a bit since I started using these!
