Using kent for 10 years, it's worst product ever. And Kent support is now pethetic.Within 3 months of installation, started facing issues. And for last 4 months even after several technician visits, it has not been resolved at all.They have replaced all of these major parts - but problems are still unresolved1. TDS Balancer (failure to control TDS levels)2. UV Lamp (fused)3. UV Chamber (leakage)4. Outflow controller (continuous 24-hour water outflow)5. Carbon FilterI have no option now, but to move to the consumer forum. Kent is ignoring and taking things very lightly and have put my family's health at risk.Problems1. it beeps loudly 24 hrs2. Water leaks 24 hrs and so huge water wastage.3. TDS balancer doesn't work (changed now)4. It's causing throat infection

The product itself is great and works good. The AMC when filter requires service, the technician instead of diagnosing the issue, all they do is simply change to new parts all of them by new set. And costing us over ₹5k-6k annually. When further analysis I understand only some of the filter like sediment filter will be gone. But they replace everything and scamming ppl and make us pay lot of money for nothing wrong. Specifc mention VR enterprises in Bengaluru who provides service for Kent.

Works as advertised

In less than a month I had to call the service guys for repair as it stopped working. It had a burnt choke which needed replacement. They took more than a week to get the part and replace. Had to rely on water cans from outside which costed me Rs.800

Writing this review after use of over 6 months.Its a very-very bad product from Kent. Ever since we purchased, its causing issues. Here is the list:1. The pressure is too low and even after repeated complaints, their customer care executive has not been able to fix the issue. They will just give lame excuses and go.2. It requires cleaning/servicing every month. The water will get blocked and then we have to raise a service request.3. Overall process for service is too slow. After raising the complaint, We have to wait 3-4 days for their representative to come and do the servicing. Sometimes they will simply cancel the service request after 3 days and then we have to repeat the same process over again.For one year service is free but after that they charge Rs 350 for every visit (+ any replacement cost). Considering the frequent issues with the product, i would recommend to go for some other product.

Product was delivered on time and got same day installation. So far so good.
